Permanent Cosmetics  F.A.Q.

Are you a microblader?
I am not a microblader. I am a certified tattoo artist who specializes in permanent cosmetics and I use a rotary pen machine. I do the same techniques such as natural hair stroke, combination ombre hair stroke and full powder fill eyebrows.
How long does it take?
First time appointments can last anywhere from 2 - 3 1/2 hours. The mapping process is the most crucial part of your appointment. It gives us the guidelines to your new eyebrows or eyeliner and is usually the longest part of the process. It takes 20 minutes to numb the skin and the actual tattooing is about less than an hour. Your touch up appointment will be less lengthy, quote an hour and a half, as that is just a fine tuning procedure.
Does this procedure hurt?
Pain is subjective. I ensure your utmost comfortability with  topical numbing creams. One will lay on your unbroken skin for 20 minutes prior to the procedure then once started the procedure a different numbing cream is used throughout each tattoo pass on your skin.
What's a tattoo pass and how many are there?
Tattoo passes are how many times I go over your skin with my ink cartridge. There are 3 tattoo passes for each procedure. One to break the skin and ensure the outline, second one to solidify and third to fine tune. As I am working against swelling, honest perfection can sometimes not be achieved in one procedure which is why the touch up session is crucial.
Does everyone get the same Color and shape?
No. Each procedure has a mapping process where I take your brow/eye structure, skin tone and face shape into consideration while geometrically mapping out your new look. Your color is based off of skin tone, hair color and personal preference. You may want a bolder look or a more natural, everyone is unique and shall receive such treatment.
How long does it take to heal?
Everyone is different but the usual time of healing is between 5 - 10 days. Your touch up is to be scheduled 6 - 8 weeks post procedure to ensure your shapes perfection and true color of the pigment. You cannot get them wet, no excessive sweating and no picking your healing brows / liner for 10 days! You will be thoroughly informed of aftercare during your procedure.
Will insurance cover this?
No. As I am just a certified tattoo artist there is nothing surgical or medical about my procedures, therefor no insurance will cover this procedure. I actively use Square POS and will accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Cash payments. No personal checks will be accepted.
WHEN IS A GOOD TIME TO BOOK My APPOINTMENT?
Anytime!  You make my schedule, book over the phone or online!
IS THIS PERMANENT?
Yes! This is a cosmetic tattoo. Implanting pigment into the dermis layer of your skin and ensuring that it stays there indefinitely.
Of course there will be fading over the years and will eventually need a touch up.
